Hey Kajabi Heroes,
To ensure that Kajabi is providing you with the most reliable and scalable solution for your online business, we are investing in strengthening the infrastructure of the Kajabi platform. Specifically, we will be migrating our database to Amazon Web Services (AWS) on Saturday, March 13th, at 4am PST.
What this means for you and your members: At the scheduled time provided above, we expect 30 minutes of platform downtime, in which your website pages will not be accessible. After this scheduled period, we expect this migration to provide a more consistently reliable platform experience that will significantly reduce outages and errors on the Kajabi platform for you and your members.
At Kajabi, everything we do starts and ends with the success of our Kajabi Heroes in mind. We realize any downtime isn’t ideal, but doing this will ensure that the Kajabi platform is set up to reliably handle the growth and scale of your businesses.
What we’re doing to minimize impact: We’ve scheduled this during a window of time that will reduce impact for the majority of our Heroes and we're sending this update to ensure that you can plan any activity for your online business on Kajabi accordingly. Additionally, we will be sharing a reminder closer to the date of the maintenance, and update you once the work is completed.
