- Errors that prevent one or more of your users from joining a call
- Errors when interacting with the Dashboard
- Errors preventing new cloud recordings from starting (although ongoing recordings should not be affected)

Investigating - One of our vendors is experiencing an outage that results in intermittent or failed uploads for iOS device users. Please use a computer web browser to perform uploads as a workaround at this time.

We have identified that the email link errors are caused by URLs being blocked by the user's ISP. We will continue to work with the ISP's Spectrum and Xfinity and monitor the situation closely.
