We have implemented a fix and onboarding to sales tax is now working. We are continuing to monitor for any additional errors.

Identified

We have identified an issue preventing Heroes from onboarding to sales tax.

Our team is actively investigating this with our service provider Quaderno and will provide updates as soon as we have them. Thank you for your patience.

This issue does NOT impact heroes currently using sales tax.
