KP Fee Overage Issue

Resolved

We identified an issue resulting in credit card processing fee overages for transactions processed through Kajabi Payments between October 25 at 2:52 PM PT and October 27 at 7:51 AM PT.

We have resolved this issue, and notified and refunded all affected customers directly.
