Some Kajabi Payments fee invoices may be incomplete

Some Heroes using Kajabi Payments may notice that a monthly fee invoice in Settings → Documents is incomplete for a month between May and September 2026. This can include fees from instant payouts.

We’ve found the cause and are working on a fix. Your payments and payouts are not affected. This only impacts the Payment Processing Fee Invoices.
