To help ensure high levels of service reliability we will be performing another round of scheduled maintenance on one of our production databases on Saturday, January 28, 2023 between 07:00PM and 08:00PM PST.
We expect the maintenance to take only a few minutes during this window. Ongoing call sessions should not be affected, but you may briefly experience the following issues with the Kajabi Coaching Live feature: - Errors that prevent one or more of your users from joining a call - Errors when interacting with the Dashboard - Errors preventing new cloud recordings from starting (although ongoing recordings should not be affected)
